API implemented for some locations

Thanks to the API implementation for locations England (Berkshire), England (Hampshire), France (SyS), Canada (SyS), our customers have the following options:

- Automatic server reboot
- Automatic server locking / unlocking
- View traffic statistics
 

Control panel: server restart options, view traffic statistics

Control panel view: displays the status of the server, memory, free space, CPU load
